Retreat Package
A two-night, weekend retreat at The Perch includes a full buyout of our cabins, the grounds and the barn, plus cabin cleaning and basic facility support. Retreat packages start at $10,050. Additional days are $3000 per day. The basic price for a two night retreat during the week (Mon to Thurs) is $6000 plus $2000 for each additional weeknight.
Intro Retreat Package
This modified package was created for first-time retreat organizers. With this package, your guests book their cabins directly through us. We can help you to curate the agenda for your retreat, if needed. Additionally, we provide basic marketing pieces to help you get the word out about your retreat and to facilitate the booking process for your guests. This option is $6500.
Basic Wedding Package
Two-night weddings at The Perch start at $12,800. It includes three days and two nights of accommodations for up to 45 people.
Charges for additional guests:
45 to 65 guests: $14,300
66 to 85 guests: $15,800
During low season (Mid-November to mid-May), a one-night wedding package is available, starting at $8500, including accommodations for 46 guests for one night.
A la Carte Wedding Package
This option starts at $7500 and includes the rental of our barn and grounds for the full weekend. You’re responsible for filling all the cabins, but your guests will book their cabins with us directly. This option is available for weddings of up to 46 people and is only available for a two night wedding.
