The Perch at Twin Peaks: Artist Residency 2025
May 5-8, 2025.
We welcome writers and artists of all mediums to a 3-night residency at The Perch at Twin Peaks, set within the San Bernardino National Forest just 1.5 hours from LA, 2 hours from San Diego and a few miles from Lake Arrowhead.
Nestled in peaceful mountains, this residency offers the perfect environment to focus on your work while also connecting with a community of fellow creatives. Enjoy the privacy of your own cabin where you can immerse yourself in writing, surrounded by nature.
Applications open February 26 and close April 11, 2025.
Residents only need to pay for their cabin’s cost of cleaning ($90). Cabin assignments to be determined after acceptance.

The residency is for one person only and limited to one person per cabin.

With the residency, we are asking applicants to share their experience on Instagram. Please confirm you are willing to take some photos/videos to post and share.
Please acknowledge that you understand that this is a solo residency and each cabin will have only one guest.

Please note: the residency does not provide food or transportation during your stay. All artists must be 21 or over.
