The Perch is a private small-group retreat venue in Southern California. It’s 90 minutes from Los Angeles, offering 12 cabins, and 21 bedrooms, with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, on 4 acres.
The Perch is designed for small groups who want time and space together in a peaceful space. Our cabins offer a variety of accommodations for up to 45 overnight guests. We have excellent wifi and although it seems remote, The Perch is close to restaurants, shopping and all sorts of outdoor activities
Gather for a writers workshop or retreat, a family reunion or a company offsite. The Perch is perfect for a yoga or wellness retreat, creative workshop or church gathering.

The quiet simplicity of The Perch provides an atmosphere for your group to reflect, ideate, plan, or reset. The distraction free environment encourages people to get in touch with each other and stimulates reflection and creativity. Our four private acres can be used for team-building activities and yoga.
There’s excellent wifi throughout the property, and desks in every cabin. Teams can work collectively in the barn. We have chairs and tables, patio heaters, an AV projector and screen, and two BBQs. A variety of private and shared accommodations are possible. Group activities in the area include a vineyard, hiking trails, snow sports in winter and lake sports in summer, and an adventure park about 20 minutes away. We recommend our favorite private chef or you can bring your own, or do your own cooking.

We invite people to unplug and reconnect with people and the nature around them. The Perch has wifi throughout the property but purposely does not have TVs. We want you to talk to each other, create and inspire. Without distractions, people discover each other, build friendships, collaborate, and get fresh ideas.
The barn can hold 35 people indoors for presentations, prayer, or workshops. Our beautiful outdoor deck is 700 square feet and is used most often for dining, dancing, and yoga. Our large cabins are perfect for breakout sessions or smaller group gatherings.
