Aside from things like forest bathing, guided hikes, and good old hanging out with your homies, there are fabulous activities all over the mountain for you to enjoy. Great hiking trails, a boat tour around Lake Arrowhead, shopping and of course, SkyPark (with biking and other activities for all ages) which is only 15 minutes away. The Perch is the perfect place for a friends or family reunion.
Most important is the combination of privacy that each family unit can enjoy while also being part of continuous group activities, on and off the property. The barn is perfect for gatherings, BBQs and buffets, s’mores by the fire at night, and yoga in the morning. And if you don’t feel like it, stay back in your cozy cabin and make your own breakfast or just sleep in. Cook together (or not), play games and run around.

Thank you for making everything so smooth and easy, and arranging all the extra tables, chairs and heaters - they came in very handy for eating outside!
Everyone had a brilliant time and we all said we would love to go back. It's the perfect spot, as we had a lot of families with very young children but everyone still had their own space. And the location is idyllic!

On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience we had at The Perch for our family reunion (Summer 2024). Our mixed group of grandparents, parents, young adults and children, (numbering over 35) fit into the various accommodations seamlessly. Each of the units was unique and well planned out. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern improvements to the interior of the cabins. The air conditioning was an unexpected surprise. The kitchens provided everything we needed and for the bigger meals, we shared the various options in other cabins.
The central Barn worked out great. We had all our meals there, along with games, music and dancing. The kids enjoyed the movie screen on movie night! It can't go without noting that your staff was so friendly, attentive and prompt. They brought us wood and started a fire for us, answered any questions and when an electrical breaker tripped in one of the cabins, they were there in minutes to restore power. We managed to be there during a farmers market, less than a mile up the hill from us. Stores are convenient as well.
All and all, a very pleasant stay and working with you has been great!
