The Perch is also an ideal location for film and photo shoots. Our 4.5 acres (175,000 square feet of property) includes ample parking for cars and trucks, 13 picturesque rustic cabins, private spaces for dressing rooms or overnight stays, and an open outdoor area as well as a forested area. The small patch of woods could easily give the impression that you’re deep in the woods. Our cabins are rustic and simple yet stylish and modern on the inside. Excellent internet. Shops, restaurants and hardware stores nearby. We get snow in the winter (sometimes lots of it!).

Separate Cabins

With 12 separate cabins and a barn, the property is able to support separate work stations for most departments. There are eight full kitchens and several are large enough to provide dining areas that can serve as dedicated meal space or production space. We recommend crew or talent be assigned to a cabin to use those bathrooms as their dedicated facilities.

On-Site Laundry

Another step toward a hygienic environment in the on-site laundry available with two washers and dryers. Rental of the property includes Brooklinen linens including towels and bed linens for overnight stays.

High-Speed Internet

Wifi capabilities allow for access to live streaming and sending large files. The Perch has 2 Ruckus wifi access points distributing 1000 mbps throughout our property.
