Events & Retreats

Events:

The Perch can accommodate small gatherings but we are not a venue for wedding receptions or wedding after parties.

Our Barn and grounds are available for rental Monday - Thursday or Sunday afternoons for 5 hours at $1,000. We can accommodate 40 people for events. Event requires a portable restroom rental.

Retreats:

Our packages offer a unique opportunity for private retreats. Any group can build community and a common purpose while experiencing a change of pace and a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our restored cabins, clustered around quiet outdoor spaces and a newly renovated barn, allow groups + companies to recharge.

Weekday rates (Sunday to Thursday):

$7,750 for 2 nights for all cabins, $2,000 each additional day (does not include tax and cleaning)

Weekend rates (Friday and Saturday):

$9,750 for 2 nights for all cabins, $2,500 each additional day (does not include tax and cleaning)
